Lviv Engineering Office: Design and BIM Delivery

TEBIN opened its Lviv office in 2020 as an engineering and delivery location in western Ukraine. The office expanded the company's ability to organize multidisciplinary design and engineering work across Ukraine while remaining connected to clients and project teams throughout Europe.
The location forms part of one international delivery structure rather than operating as a separate regional practice. Lviv and Kyiv provide engineering capacity, the Szczecin office acts as TEBIN's European hub close to clients and project stakeholders, and the management presence in Ireland supports relationships and coordination in Western Europe.
Why TEBIN established an engineering office in Lviv
Complex projects require more than individual specialists working from separate locations. They require shared technical standards, clear responsibility, coordinated models, and controlled project information. Establishing a permanent engineering location in Lviv gave TEBIN another base from which teams could contribute to that common process.
The office is positioned to work across project stages and disciplines rather than provide a narrow local service. Its role is to contribute engineering information that can be reviewed, coordinated, and integrated into the same delivery environment used by the wider TEBIN team.
Multidisciplinary design and engineering scope
Work coordinated through the Lviv engineering office can involve architecture, structural engineering, civil infrastructure, mechanical and public health systems, electrical engineering, telecommunications, fire protection, and Building Information Modeling (BIM) management. The exact combination depends on the project scope and contractual responsibilities.
BIM is used as an information and coordination method within that work. Discipline models, calculations, drawings, technical reviews, issue records, and handover requirements are connected through defined workflows so that interfaces remain visible and decisions remain traceable. The purpose is coordinated design and engineering delivery, not model production separated from technical responsibility.
Connected delivery across Europe
Projects can involve contributors from several TEBIN locations, but they are managed as one team. Shared model structures, review points, naming rules, and information exchanges help engineers work across offices without turning location boundaries into discipline boundaries. This approach is particularly important for data centers, industrial plants, logistics facilities, electric vehicle manufacturing, pharmaceutical projects, and other technically complex buildings.
The current Lviv engineering office is located at Naukova 7d, Optima Plaza, Lviv, Ukraine. Current contact details for Lviv, Kyiv, Szczecin, and Ireland are maintained on the TEBIN contact page.
